NPR in Detroit spoke to Tom Saunders on the Craig Falhe Show about The Athletic Benchley and how The DAC was a force to be reckoned with in the literary circles in the 20th Century.
Benchley was a star of movies and radio in addition to being a writer. He came to Detroit to perform his “Treasurers Report” at the DAC in the 1920′s.
